Ordering & payment
What currency are prices in?
All prices are in US dollars (USD).
Which payment methods do you accept?
All available payment methods are shown at checkout. Your payment details are processed securely and are never stored by us.
Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. Creating an account makes it easier to track orders and reorder later.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We can usually make changes before the order is dispatched, but once it has shipped we're unable to cancel it.
Shipping
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our US warehouse to addresses in the United States.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat $10. Orders of $199 or more ship free.
How long will my order take?
Orders placed before 2 pm ET ship the same business day, and delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. See Shipping & Delivery for details.
How do I track my order?
You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. You can also use the Track Order page.
Sizing
How do I know which size to order?
Our sneakers are listed in EU sizing. The Size Guide has EU, UK and US conversions plus foot length in centimetres. Because our styles come from a range of makers, sizing can vary slightly between them — measuring your foot and matching the centimetre column is the most reliable approach.
What if I'm between two sizes?
Take the larger size, particularly if you have a wide foot or a high instep.
Do you sell kids' sizes?
Yes — browse our Kids collection. Kids' sizes are listed in EU sizing with insole length in centimetres on each product page.
Returns
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to request a return. Items need to be unworn and in their original packaging.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Yes, within the same 7-day window — contact us and we'll arrange it, subject to availability.
