Processing and delivery times
Orders placed before 2 pm ET on a business day ship the same day; orders placed after that, or on weekends, ship the next business day. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during holiday periods or carrier delays.
Tracking your order
You'll receive an order confirmation by email straight away, and a second email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can also check the status of any order on the Track Order page.
Before your order arrives
Please double-check your delivery address and phone number at checkout — an incorrect address is the most common reason a parcel is delayed or returned. If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch.
