Sizing & fit advice
Our sneakers are listed in EU sizing and generally fit true to size. If you are between sizes, or have a wide foot or high instep, order the larger size. Measure your foot in centimetres and match it to the chart for the most reliable fit.
Shipping & returns
Shipping: We ship to the United States from our US warehouse. Standard shipping is $10, free on orders of $199 or more. Orders placed before 2 pm ET ship the same business day; delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email.
Returns: Unworn pairs in original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Email support@solesprint.us with your order number to start.
